The property is irregular in shape, slopes below the grade of the roadway starting at an elevation of 103 meters and then gently downwards to the Yallahs River. It then slopes steeply upwards across the river to an elevation of 140 metres above sea level. The property is overgrown with vegetation in the form of Acacia (Casha Macka) forest and other trees. Most of the property appears arable. Reserve Estimation from Reserve Evaluation Report provided, the evaluated area is located along an estimated 350 metres (length) by 90 metres (width) at the northern end and 140 metres (length) by 96 metres (width) along the southern boundary of the Yallahs River at Easington. The expected mineral reserves are estimated at approximately 278,000 Metric Tonne (MT). Excellent opportunity to commence mining. It is ground ready.
